What sizes are available?
Four sizes: 7×7, 8×12, 12×12 and 16×20 inches. Each portrait is printed directly on a premium poplar wood panel, set in a black wood frame, and arrives ready to hang.
Is this hand-painted or printed?
Printed. The hat, cape and moody background are added to your pet's photo digitally, then UV-printed onto the wood panel. If you'd prefer a portrait painted by hand, see our hand-painted pet portraits.
What does the witch style look like?
Your pet is styled as a dramatic witch with a black hat and feathered cape against a dark, moody background. We keep your pet's real face and features — only the costume and backdrop are added.
How do I personalize my portrait?
Upload one clear, well-lit photo of your pet on the product page. Eye-level shots where the whole face is visible and in focus work best. You can also add your pet's name.
Will it actually look like my pet?
We work from your photo and match coat color, markings, ear shape and face — only the hat, cape and background are added. Black cats read especially well against this palette, but any coat color works. You'll get a digital proof by email before anything is printed.
Can I get it in time for Halloween?
Order by early October to be safe. Processing takes 3–5 business days and standard shipping runs 5–15, so allow up to four weeks in the run-up to the 31st. If you're ordering later than that, message us before you buy.
Will I see the design before it's made?
Yes. We email a free digital preview within 1–2 business days, and production only begins once you approve it. You can request up to three free revisions.
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 3–5 business days, followed by standard shipping of 5–15 business days. You'll receive tracking by email for every order.
What if it arrives damaged?
Because each portrait is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind, but we'll gladly replace your order if it arrives damaged or has a quality issue.
