Will the urn hold all of my cat's ashes?

Sizes marked "Any cat" hold a complete set for a domestic cat with room to spare; sizes marked by weight, like "Cats to 11 lb", tell you the ceiling. Do the ashes go straight in, or does the crematory bag go inside?
