Order Processing Time
All custom and personalized products are made to order.

Production time: 3–5 business days
(This includes artwork creation, customization, and order preparation.) - Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Fees
We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $69 (USD)
- A flat shipping fee of $8 (USD) applies to orders under $69 (USD)
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. No hidden charges.
To qualify for free shipping, the order subtotal must be $69 or more after discounts and before taxes.
Shipping Time Estimates
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch due to carrier handover and system synchronization.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures
- Weather conditions or force majeure events
- Local carrier delays after handover
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
LovaPaws is not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failed deliveries due to address errors
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local delivery provider first.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@lovapaws.com within 30 days of the shipment date so we can assist you.
