Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All custom and personalized products are made to order.
- Printed and engraved items (including our pet portraits on wood): you receive a free digital preview by email within 1–2 business days — production begins only after you approve the design.
- Hand-painted items (watercolor portraits, multi-layer acrylic panels and 3D sculpted frames): there is no digital preview, because a painting cannot be shown before it exists. Our artist paints your piece first, then we email you a photo of the finished portrait before it ships. If it isn't right, we repaint it.
- Production time: 3–5 business days. This covers the whole process — artwork creation, your preview, customization and order preparation. It is not added on top of the preview time above.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Fees
We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $49+ (USD)
- A flat shipping fee of $4.95 (USD) applies to orders under $49 (USD)
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. No hidden charges.
To qualify for free shipping, the order subtotal must be $49 or more after discounts.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
The price you see is the price you pay. All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are already included in our product prices. We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel is delivered.
Your order will not be held at customs pending payment, and the carrier will not ask you for an import charge on delivery.
In the rare event that a carrier does request an import fee on a LovaPaws order, please pay it if that is needed to release your parcel, then email the receipt to support@lovapaws.com — we will reimburse you in full.
Shipping Time Estimates
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local carrier operations.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch due to carrier handover and system synchronization.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures
- Weather conditions or force majeure events
- Local carrier delays after handover
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
LovaPaws is not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failed deliveries due to address errors
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local delivery provider first.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@lovapaws.com within 30 days of the shipment date so we can assist you.
