What sizes are available?
Four sizes: 7×7, 8×12, 12×12 and 16×20 inches. Each portrait is printed directly on a premium poplar wood panel, set in a black wood frame, and arrives ready to hang.
Is this hand-painted or printed?
Printed. The tweed, scarf and flat cap are added to your pet's photo digitally, then UV-printed onto the wood panel — the warm, aged look comes from the artwork, not from the wood. For hand-painted work, see our hand-painted pet portraits.
What does the vintage style look like?
Your pet is styled in a cozy vintage look with a tweed coat, plaid scarf and flat cap. We keep your pet's real face — only the retro outfit and warm tones are added.
How do I personalize my portrait?
Upload one clear, well-lit photo of your pet on the product page. Eye-level shots where the whole face is visible and in focus work best. You can also add your pet's name.
Will it actually look like my pet?
We work from your photo and match coat color, markings, ear shape and face — only the tweed and background are added. You'll get a digital proof by email before anything is printed, so you can ask for changes while it's still on screen.
Will this suit a warm-toned or neutral room?
That's what it was built for. The palette is browns, ochres and muted plaid, so it sits well against cream, oak, terracotta and greige walls. In a cool grey or very white room it will read as the warm accent piece.
Will I see the design before it's made?
Yes. We email a free digital preview within 1–2 business days, and production only begins once you approve it. You can request up to three free revisions.
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 3–5 business days, followed by standard shipping of 5–15 business days. You'll receive tracking by email for every order.
What if it arrives damaged?
Because each portrait is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind, but we'll gladly replace your order if it arrives damaged or has a quality issue.
