What are the three designs?

Pearl Earring puts your pet in a headscarf as the Girl with a Pearl Earring. Soccer Kit puts them on the field in a jersey with a ball. Beach Chair has them stretched out with sunglasses on, completely unbothered. All three take the same personalization.

What can I customize?

Pick one of three designs and one of five frame colors above, upload your pet's photo, and add their name to be embroidered on the piece. Any pet works — dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, bunnies, and more.

Will I see a preview before it's made?

Yes. We email a free digital preview within 1–2 business days, and production only begins once you approve the design.

What photo works best?

A clear, well-lit shot where your pet's face is easy to see. Phone photos are fine.

Is this hand-embroidered?

It's machine-embroidered on natural linen, which is what gives the stitching its clean, even texture. Each piece is stitched to order from your photo.

How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 5–7 business days, followed by standard shipping of 5–15 business days. You'll receive tracking by email.

What if it arrives damaged?

Because each portrait is embroidered to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind, but we'll gladly replace it if it arrives damaged or has a quality issue.
