Is this a full urn or a keepsake urn? Both sizes are full cremation urns designed to hold your pet's complete ashes. The Medium (600ml / 36 cu in) is suitable for pets up to 30 lb / 14 kg, and the Large (1200ml / 73 cu in) is suitable for pets up to 65 lb / 29–30 kg .

How do I choose the right size? A general guideline is 1 cubic inch of urn capacity per pound of your pet's pre-cremation body weight. If your pet was near the upper weight limit of a size, we recommend going one size up. Not sure? Feel free to contact us before ordering.

What can I personalize on this urn? You can add your pet's name and years (e.g. 2011–2025), both printed on the urn body. There is no portrait option for this design — the raised floral decoration is a fixed feature.

How do I fill the urn with ashes? The lid lifts off to open. Place your pet's ashes inside, then secure the lid back in place. Most crematoriums can transfer ashes directly into your urn upon request.
