Is this a full urn or a keepsake urn?
This is a full cremation urn. At 1000ml (61 cu in) it is suitable for dogs up to 51 lb / 23 kg. Our sizing allows about 1 cubic inch per pound of body weight, plus around 10 cubic inches of extra room for the sealed bag most crematories use. If your dog was near or above 51 lb, please contact us before ordering.
Can I choose the dog breed on the design?
No. The dog silhouette, rainbow and clouds are a set design, printed the same way on every urn — it is not matched to your dog's breed or coloring. What changes is the name, the years and the line you choose.
What can I personalize on this urn?
Your dog's name, the years (e.g. 2015–2026), and a short line of your own such as "Forever In My Heart". There is no photo to upload.
How do I fill the urn with ashes?
The lid lifts straight out to open — the inner plug is wrapped in foil, which sits inside the mouth of the urn and helps keep moisture out. Place your dog's ashes inside, then press the lid back into place. Most crematoriums can transfer ashes directly into your urn on request.
How long does it take to receive my urn?
Your digital proof arrives within 1–2 business days. After you approve it, production takes 3–5 business days, then 5–15 business days for shipping — about 2–4 weeks door to door.
