Is this a full urn or a keepsake urn? This is a full cremation urn. With a capacity of 1000ml (61 cubic inches), it is suitable for dogs up to 55 lb / 25 kg for full ashes. For larger dogs above this weight, please contact us before ordering.

What can I personalize on this urn? You can add a photo (printed as a circular portrait on the urn body), your dog's name, years (e.g. 2011–2026), and a short memorial message of your choice such as "Forever in our hearts."

What photo works best? A clear, front-facing, well-lit photo gives the best result. Avoid blurry or heavily cropped images. The photo is printed in a circular frame on the urn body.

How do I fill the urn with ashes? The lid lifts off to open. Place your dog's ashes inside, then set the lid back in place. Most crematoriums can transfer ashes directly into your urn upon request.
