How is the charm portrait created? Upload a clear photo of your cat and our team will create a line art portrait engraved directly onto the brass charm tag. The charm is then attached to the urn with a hand-tied jute bow.

How do I choose the right size? Use the guideline of 1 cubic inch per pound of body weight:

• S (330ml / 20 cu in) — best for cats up to 15 lb / 7 kg
• L (660ml / 40 cu in) — best for cats up to 35 lb / 16 kg for full ashes.

If your cat was near the upper limit of a size, we recommend sizing up.

What colors are available? Available in Ink Black, Pure White, and Ombre (black-to-white gradient) — select at checkout.

What can I customize on this urn? The brass charm tag is engraved with your cat's line art portrait and name. The urn body itself has no additional customization.

What photo works best? A clear, front-facing, well-lit photo gives the best portrait result for the charm. Avoid blurry or heavily cropped images.
