What photo works best? A clear, front-facing, well-lit photo gives the best result. Avoid blurry or heavily cropped images. The photo is printed in a circular frame on the urn body.

How do I fill the urn with ashes? The lid lifts off to open. Place your cat's ashes inside, then set the lid back in place. Most crematoriums can transfer ashes directly into your urn upon request.
